Why does aloe vera work?

The Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller grows as a desert plant in a hostile environment and has had to "take care of itself" for millions of years.  The sheet contains 200 different ingredients.  Here are just a few examples:

13 vitamins
16 enzymes
13 minerals
21 amino acids
12 antrachinones (analgesic)
Saponins (natural antifungal agent)
Salicylic acid (antipyretic, analgesic)
essential oils
Lupeol (analgesic and antiseptic)
Flavonoids (antioxidant)
Magnesium lactate (so far not found in any other plant! It has an analgesic effect)
Saccharide (the particularly important and only found in aloe vera acemannan)

The human body produces acemannan itself until puberty. It is one of the main substances that ensures that injuries in babies and children heal so quickly.  It also helps to get through teething problems quickly and easily.  With puberty, the genetic code is "finished".  Acemannan production will be discontinued, although this substance will of course continue to be needed and perhaps even more so now.  The polysaccharide acemannan must now be taken as a dietary supplement.
